Kathy's Frosted Dream Coconut Cake
A snowy two-layer coconut cake topped with shaved white chocolate and coconut flakes, created in honor of my beautiful & loving mom, Kathy, whose love for coconut cake has always been a sweet thread in my life.
Dukes Coconut Creme Pie
A silky coconut creme pie made in tribute to my father, whom I called Poppy, and who was also affectionately known as Duke. One of the first little things we shared was our love for the Tastykake Coconut Creme Pie.
Both desserts will be available all holiday 2025 season. Thank you for supporting Thai's Pies and allowing me to share parts of my heart through what I bake.
